• Scam, trade, or engage in real-world trading (RWT)
• Advertise other servers or services
• Attempt to disrupt server operations

4. Intellectual Property

Elydris is a fan-made private server based on Old School RuneScape. All OSRS-related intellectual property belongs to Jagex Ltd. Our custom content, including modifications, additions, and original work, is the property of Elydris.

This server is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. We make no profit from Jagex's intellectual property.

5. Purchases and Donations

Any purchases or donations made through our store:

• Are final and non-refundable
• Do not guarantee permanent access to items or services
• May be removed if you violate these terms
• Support server operation and development

6. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Remove content that violates our policies
• Modify or discontinue services at any time
• Ban players without refund if rules are violated

7. Limitation of Liability

Elydris is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Server downtime or data loss
• Loss of in-game items or progress
• Interactions between players
• Third-party content or links

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Significant changes will be announced on our website and/or Discord server.
